- 1. Visit the Send us Query page under Support menu
- 2. Give a Subject & describe the issue you are facing.
- 3. Upload images that are relevant to the issue and Click on the Send Query button. Our Support team will investigate and help you resolve the issue.
- 4. Visit the Tickets page under Support menu to check your support request status.
- Note Click on the View Details button of the specific support request for further assistance.
